6.2. Orange Expo Trade EOOD reserves the right, at its own discretion, to restrict any User's/Buyer's access to placing an Order and/or to any of the available payment methods if it considers that this could in any way be to the detriment of Orange Expo Trade EOOD. In such a case, the Customer's only right is to contact the Customer Service department of Orange Expo Trade EOOD to be informed of the reasons that led to the application of the above measures. Orange Expo Trade EOOD is not liable for any damage that the Customer has suffered or may suffer as a result of this decision, regardless of whether it is correct or justified.
6.3. Communication with the Seller may take place by contacting the Seller directly or through the contact methods indicated on the Platform.

6.5. Orange Expo Trade EOOD may publish advertising or promotional information about the Goods and/or Services and about the promotions it offers on the Platform, for a certain period of time.
6.6. All prices on the Platform are in euro (EUR). Where a price is marked ‘excl. VAT’, VAT is charged at the applicable rate and shown separately in the cart and in the Order before the Buyer submits it.
6.7. In the case of online payments or payments by bank transfer, the Seller bears no responsibility whatsoever for any costs relating to fees, commissions or other additional charges incurred by the Buyer or their bank in connection with the transaction itself, or for currency exchange charges applied by the bank that issued the customer's card where the currency is other than euro (EUR).
6.8. All images on the Platform are intended solely to give a general idea of the type of Product offered, not to represent it exactly. Intellectual and industrial property rights
8.1. The Content, as defined in the ‘Definitions’ section, including but not limited to logos, any graphic images or inscriptions, trade symbols, dynamic symbols, texts and/or multimedia content on the Platform, is the exclusive property of Orange Expo Trade EOOD.

Nothing in the distance contract concluded between Orange Expo Trade EOOD and the Buyer shall be deemed to constitute permission from Orange Expo Trade EOOD for the Buyer to copy, distribute, publish, provide to third parties or modify in any way any part of the Content, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, multimedia content of the Platform or Product descriptions, in any manner whatsoever, including by inserting any content external to the Platform or by removing the marks indicating Orange Expo Trade EOOD's ownership of the Content. Nor is the Customer entitled to transfer, sell or distribute materials created by reproducing (copying), modifying or publishing the Content, except with the express consent of Orange Expo Trade EOOD.
8.4. The Customer may copy, transfer and/or use the Content only for personal, non-commercial purposes, and only where this does not conflict with the provisions of this section of this document.

9.2. Any Goods or Service added to the Cart may be purchased if available and if the order can be fulfilled. Adding Goods or a Service to the Cart without completing the Order does not result in the order being registered or the Goods or Service being automatically reserved.
9.3. By confirming the Order, Orange Expo Trade EOOD confirms the delivery of only one unit of the relevant Goods in the registered order. The remaining units of the Product model in question will be confirmed or declined subsequently, depending on the quantities available.
9.4. The Customer undertakes and is responsible for ensuring that all the data they have provided to Orange Expo Trade EOOD in connection with the Order is true, complete and accurate as at the date the order is submitted. The Customer authorises Orange Expo Trade EOOD to provide this data to the relevant subcontractor through which Orange Expo Trade EOOD will fulfil the order.
9.5. By submitting the order, the Customer/Buyer authorises Orange Expo Trade EOOD to contact them by any possible means where necessary in connection with the order placed or the Contract concluded.
9.6. The Seller has the right to refuse to fulfil (to cancel) an Order placed by the Customer, in which case it must notify the Customer. Cancellation of the order does not give rise to any liability or further obligation of either party towards the other in connection with the order, and accordingly neither party is entitled to claim compensation from the other for its cancellation, in the following cases:
- Non-acceptance of the transaction by the Customer's issuing bank in the case of an online payment
- A payment transaction that does not result in funds being received in the Seller's account, in the case of online payments
- The data provided by the Customer on the Platform is incomplete and/or incorrect
9.7. The Buyer shall bear all direct costs of returning Products offered by Orange Expo Trade EOOD if they withdraw from the distance Contract and give notice of this within the withdrawal period granted to them by Orange Expo Trade EOOD. This period starts to run from the date on which the purchased Product is received by the Buyer or by a third party other than the carrier. The Customer must return the Goods to the address indicated on the website and, in the meantime, notify the Seller of this at info@photostena.com.
9.8. Within 14 (fourteen) days of the date on which it receives proof from the Buyer that the Buyer has returned the relevant Goods, the Seller undertakes to refund the price paid under the distance Contract from which the Buyer has withdrawn. The amount is refunded by the same means by which it was paid, unless the Buyer has expressly requested otherwise, and without this resulting in any additional costs for the Buyer. Cash payments are refunded to a bank account specified by the Buyer.
9.9. In cases of withdrawal from a concluded Contract, the Seller has the right to delay the refund until it has received the Products sold or until it has received proof that they have been sent, whichever is earlier, where the Seller has not offered to collect the Goods itself.
9.10. All Buyers have the right to withdraw from the concluded distance contract and to return goods offered by Orange Expo Trade EOOD, provided that, where more than one unit of a given make and model of goods has been ordered, the packaging of only one product has been opened and the remaining units are returned to the Seller sealed.
