Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost to rent a photo wall?
The price depends on the type of wall, the size and the fabric, and includes printing the panel, rental for up to 5 days, transport, installation and removal in Sofia. For example, a 3 × 2.5 m Standart photo wall printed on Eco Display costs €450 excl. VAT. You can see the exact price for your size instantly in the calculator on our website.
What does the price include?
Rental of the aluminium frame for up to 5 days, printing of the full-size fabric panel, transport, installation and removal in Sofia. You keep the panel. You only pay extra for installation outside working hours, for an address outside Sofia and for additional equipment – a counter, carpet or barrier posts.
How long is the rental period?
The price covers rental for up to 5 days – whether your event lasts one day or several. For a longer period, we’ll prepare a custom quote for you.
How long before the event should I order?
At least 5 working days before the event. If it’s urgent, we can print and install the wall in as little as 2 days – give us a call to confirm.
How long does installation take?
From 20 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the size and the number of structures. Removal takes place after the event, at a time agreed with you.
Do you install in the evenings, at weekends and on public holidays?
Yes. Installation or removal outside working hours (Monday – Friday, 9:00 – 18:00) costs extra. The surcharge is calculated automatically in your order, based on the date and time you choose.
Do you work outside Sofia?
Yes – in Plovdiv and anywhere within 250 km of Sofia. The limit is there so that we can install the wall and be back the same day – and the same goes for removal. A surcharge based on the distance and the specific services is added to the price, and we agree it with you in advance.
What ceiling height do I need?
The ceiling must be at least 15 cm higher than the wall. For a 2.5 m high wall, you need a ceiling height of at least 2.65 m.
What size photo wall should I choose?
The most popular size is 3 × 2.5 m – it comfortably fits 3–5 people in the shot. For photos of people, we recommend a height of 2.5 m, and for smaller spaces or tighter budgets, 2.25 × 2 m. We build walls up to 10 m wide and 3 m high with a seamless panel, and for big events we have enough structures for several walls at once.
Should I choose a single-sided or double-sided wall?
A single-sided wall has a panel on the front only – ideal when the back won’t be seen, for example when it stands against a wall of the room. A double-sided wall has panels on both sides – for walls in the middle of a room or on a stand, where people see the back too. All three types – Standart, Multimedia TV and Led Light – come in both versions.
Eco Display or Black Back – which fabric should I choose?
Eco Display is the standard fabric – it is slightly translucent, which you won’t notice unless there is strong light behind the wall. Black Back is double-layered and 100% opaque – choose it when the wall stands in front of a window, a stage or a spotlight. The backlit Led Light wall uses a special fabric, Lightex, which lets the light through evenly.
Can I reuse the panel?
Yes. The panel is yours to keep after the event. When you rent a wall again, we install your panel on our frame and you get a discount on the price.
What format should my print file be in?
PDF, EPS or TIFF at the actual size of the wall, with no margins or bleed. Images in the file must be at least 150 dpi at actual size, and logos and text at least 5 cm in from the edge. If your own designer is preparing the artwork, we send them a link so they can upload the file themselves. We check every file before printing and get in touch if there’s a problem.
Can I see the walls before I order?
Yes. You can see all our walls – Standart, Multimedia TV and Led Light – in person at our showroom at 20 Slavovitsa Street, Sofia, Monday to Friday, 9:00 – 18:00. There’s no need to call ahead.
Can the photo wall be set up outdoors?
No. The walls are for indoor use or places sheltered from the wind. Outdoors, the wind puts strain on the frame and the panel.
Are the fabrics flame-retardant, and do you have certificates?
Yes. The fabrics we use carry a fire-safety classification, backed by certificates. We provide them on request – for example, when the venue or the exhibition organiser asks for them.
Do your prices include VAT?
Prices on the website are in euro and exclude VAT. We issue an invoice. You can pay by bank transfer or in cash.
Do you speak English?
Yes. Our phone line is answered in English, and you can email us in English too. The website has an English version with instant prices and online ordering.
